Hot and Cold Therapy
Pain reducing temperature therapies.
Quick acting ice packs to help relieve brainfog, cool down or relieve pain. I can't always get to the freezer, so having these on hand helps me a lot.
Instant Ice Packs
Freezable and microwaveable headache cap.
Headache Cap
Portable and rechargeable heating pad for stomach pain.
Heating Pad
Microwaveable heat pack. He’s so cute and works really well for neck pain. Smells like lavender.
Warmies Sloth
Braces and Supports
Support garments for joint pain.
Knee brace to keep the joint stable.
Stabilised Knee Support
Tubular knee support for when I need a little less support. Has a non slip tab at the top to stop it rolling down.
Elastic Knee Support
Stabilised ankle support for heavier support.
Adjustable Ankle Support
Less supportive brace for lower pain days.
Elastic Ankle Support
Wrap around wrist brace that works for both wrists. This store is all so cute, I wish more of their products shipped to my country.
Compression Wrist Brace
Compression gloves help a lot with my hand pain (especially when typing), and these ones are so cute.
Compression Gloves
Adjustable thumb brace for tendon pain. Comes with sleeve to go under to prevent irritation.
Thumb Brace
Wrist brace with support plate to hold wrist still on bad days.
Wrist Brace with Support Plate
Very cute back brace, helps correct posture too.
Back Brace
Versatile strap for a small amount of support on most joints when needed.
Support Bandage
Off brand KT tape. I use this everyday for my knees, and on my elbows if I need it.
Kinesiology Tape
Creams, Gels and Patches
Various topical remedies.
Great cream for joint pain, I use it most days for baseline pains.
CBD Cream
Effective and naturally cooling pain relief. Their cream works great too, but I prefer not having to touch creams.
Nature’s Willow Balm Roll-on
My favourite topical pain relief. Gets deep into your muscles and is roll on so I don’t have to touch a cream.
Deep Heat Roll-on
Menthol stick for headaches. Works best on lighter headaches, but can also work on tension headaches for me.
4Head Stick
The only type of patch I find helpful. Great for low-mid level headaches or the start and end of migraines.
Cooling Patches
TENS machine and electrode pads for the forehead. Works really well as a migraine starts coming on, or for bad headaches. Does feel weird at first.
Migraine TENS Machine
CBD infused patches, good for on the go pain relief and you don’t have to think about it once it’s on.
CBD Patches
Really effective, long lasting heat pad that sticks to your clothes.
Spicey Heat Patch
Bigger tens machine for other body pains.
TENS Machine
Medications
Over the counter drugs that I use.
Doesn’t do much, but can take the edge off on lighter pain days.
Paracetamol
The best migraine relief I’ve found. Doesn’t always get rid of it but can shorten them.
Sumatriptan
Headache meds. About a 50/50 change that they help, but worth the shot most of the time.
Anadin Extra
Fast acting travel sickness tablets, haven’t failed me.
Kwells Tablets
Quick way to stop acid reflux. Doesn’t work for long but works well for that time. Extremely strong taste.
Gaviscon Chewable Tablets
Nausea Relief
Things to stop me feeling and/or being sick.
A quick way to stop nausea without having to taste ginger.
Ginger Tablets
A slightly more fun way to get ginger into the system. 2 biscuits and the nausea is usually temporarily quelled.
Ginger Biscuits
Vomit bags with absorbent pads in. Good to have on hand even just to feel reassured.
Emesis Bags
I mostly just wear these when travelling, but they seem to work well.
Accupressure Bands
The mint can help relieve nausea, and they’re sweets I like so they make me feel a little less miserable.
Mint Imperials
Not for everyone, but I like sour sweets and they tend to shock my system out of nausea for a short while.
Toxic Waste Sour Candy
Alcohol swabs to sniff if I feel like I am imminently going to throw up.
