I’m someone who rarely does makeup or styles my hair - so when I use products I want to make sure they actually work to make my face and hair look good naturally! Some of the items on this list are pricier and I know in this economy pricey ain’t alwa...

Hair
These are the products I use every day on my hair! (And one I use rarely)
This stuff smells DIVINE - I genuinely feel like a goddess when I use it. It doesn’t weight down my hair and keeps it looking healthy! I use it only on the lengths of my hair, never near the scalp - and sparingly! A drop goes a long way!
HoliRoots™ Hair Oil
This is my all time favorite shampoo - I love the focus on sustainable ingredients. This is the shampoo that saved my hair when it was overly heat damaged - it lathers up beautifully and smells like a day at the beach.
OI Shampoo
Paired with its sister shampoo, this is the combo that absolutely fixed my hair! Nothing has ever helped so quickly with damage while also smelling absolutely heavenly. It’s summer in a jar!
OI Conditioner
This is a product I’ll use once every two weeks - it’s pretty powerful stuff! It’s basically a treatment that you leave in for a minute and rinse out to help with shine and softness! It truly does work, but it doesn’t need to be used nonstop!
OI Liquid Luster - Davines
This beautiful product helps so much with hair strengthening and growth! I’ll use it twice a week, I rub it into my scalp an hour before I take a hair wash shower - usually I’ll give myself a little scalp massage and let it sit for a bit. I’ve notice...
Rosemary Oil Strengthening Hair & Scalp Drops
A scalp brush is the best way to get in a nice massage! I use this after applying rosemary oil, and it’s great because it’s silicone so it doesn’t do damage and it’s so easy to rinse in the shower!
Sndyi Scalp Massager Shampoo Brush Silicone
Ok hear me out - I actually use this stuff to spritz my hair when I want to give it a scrunch for some bounce in between wash day! The nozzle sprays like a mist, so I’m not soaking my hair, just giving it a little bit of moisture! It dries quickly an...
Avène Thermal Spring Water
When I DO have to style my hair, god forbid, this is the only tool I use! I wait for my hair to get mostly dry and then use this oval brush/hairdryer. It works every single time to make my hair sleek and gorgeous! It’s a rare experience, but sometime...
The Double Shot Oval Blow-Dryer Brush
Ever since discovering this dry shampoo, it’s the only one I use. I bought it a year ago and still haven’t had to purchase a refill! It smells great, soaks up oil, and it makes applying really easy without having to resort to aerosol sprays.
Day After™ Brush
Face
In my cabinet now, this is my routine! I almost never wear makeup, but people often think I’m younger than I am. I credit these products ENTIRELY for that!
I love this face wash so very much - it smells INCREDIBLE and feels like it does an amazing job of actually cleaning out my pores without drying me out
Fantastic Face Wash
I’m so sorry because I know this is pricey but this is truly a miracle serum. I use it in the mornings after cleansing and it makes my skin look absolutely drop dead gorgeous, I look awake and somehow also more tan. It takes a long time to use this u...
C E Ferulic® with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid - SERUMS
Once again, I’m sorry about the price. This stuff also lasts forever, especially because I only use it twice a week, at night, after cleansing and before moisturizing. I truly wake up the next day ready to be on the cover of Vogue.
Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment
Because we’re balling out on serums, I stick to the simple, cheap, and effective for moisturizing. Cerave has never led me astray - she’s perfect for going on top of any serum and never irritates me! There’s a reason derms love to recommend it!
Deep Hydration Moisturizing Cream - Skincare
Vaseline is my holy grail product. Chapped lips? Vaseline. Need to highlight high points in my face before going out but hate makeup? Vaseline, LIGHTLY applied. Need to make sure my eyelashes stay curled bc I don’t want to wear mascara? Light Vaselin...
Vaseline
The trick to no makeup (sometimes) is to accentuate the things you like once and then forget about it the rest of the week. I’m a freckly girl, but I like adding a few more for oomph! I’ll also lightly line the top of my lips and with this once in a ...
Henna Tubes
I’m adding this to face, but it’s often something I use for my body, too. This is a summer time product for me because I’m super pale and get sun burned easily. I try not to! I wear SPF! But when I do get a sunburn, I slather this serum on the burned...
Vitamin E Bi-Phase Serum 30ml
As I said I burn easily! Always wear SPF! It’s life saving and it also keeps your skin in great condition for much longer as life goes on! I will always be a supergoop fan - I like that it’s not slimy or shiny. I put this on my face every day after m...
Supergoop
I’m adding this in here because it’s the serum I’ll use when I don’t really have the funds for the SkinCeuticals version (listen, life is expensive enough). In a way, this is basically a dupe - but it’s a good one and gives me similar results! It’s n...
Clinical Vit C + E + Ferulic Defend Serum For Anti-Aging
I’m ALSO adding this on the list for when I don’t have the funds for my Sunday Riley serum. I do think it’s important to have options when money is tight - similarly to the Brandify serum, this one isn’t quite as powerful as the Good Genes serum but ...
Lactic Acid 10% + HA: High-Strength Exfoliator for Dry Skin
My final money saving add for the face category - for $18 this bottle is huge and lasts forever, and I love a French face product. If the Ursa Major face wash is too much to spend right now, this is my next recommendation, and one I’ve absolutely use...
