I might forget a lot of things, but these are the places with truly good food that stayed with me long after my Jeju trip :9
The abalone porridge here was seriously that good, I’m not even exaggerating. It was one of the first places I visited at the start of my trip, and it set the tone immediately. Tucked away in a less touristy area, yet still completely packed, which h...

As someone who grew up in Southeast Asia, cold noodles were never really my thing. I’d tried them before, but they were just… okay. This spot we found on TikTok completely changed that. It was so good, my partner and I genuinely loved it. Generous po...
Jeju Sun Buckwheat Noodles
Olle Market literally means everyday market, and honestly, it lived up to the name. While staying in the Seogwipo area, I found myself going back almost every day. The variety of food is incredible, everything you see in K-dramas, all in one place. A...
Seogwipo Everyday Market
I actually found this spot on the go since it was close to my hotel near Seongsan Ilchulbong, and it turned out to be such a good find. The black pork was incredibly juicy, full of rich, bursting flavor in every bite. The service was warm and attenti...
섭지골흑돼지 (Jeju Black Pork Restaurant near Seongsan Ilchulbong)
This is the perfect market for eating well while staying in the Jeju City area, easy, satisfying, and full of great options.
Dongmun Traditional Market (동문재래시장)- VISITKOREA
Honestly, you really can’t go wrong with a seafood restaurant by the sea!
바다풍경
This might not be a full-on restaurant, more like an “established” food truck inside the Snoopy Garden, but the Snoopy Dog was so good. It had Jeju black pork in it (I believe), and it totally exceeded my expectations.
Food Truck inside Snoopy Garden
Found this spot while wandering around the Dongmun Market area, and it was packed with locals, which is always a good sign. It’s also been featured on quite a few TV shows, surprisingly. The noodles were so good, my partner and I genuinely loved it. ...

Cafes & Bakeries
Cafe hopping is a must in Jeju, and these are some of the spots I personally visited that genuinely didn’t disappoint.
This matcha specialty cafe didn’t disappoint at all. It’s not one of those overly touristy spots, which made me appreciate it even more. The matcha was genuinely excellent, and the view overlooking the green tea fields just made the whole experience ...
Aewol Matcha
Mega Coffee is literally everywhere, but honestly, the drinks are so good. My personal favorite has to be the warm goguma latte, it’s comforting, slightly sweet, and just hits the spot. Plus, it’s super affordable!
메가MGC커피
The drinks and cake selection here were solid, but what I loved most was the atmosphere and overall design of the cafe. Even the walkway feels thoughtfully done, with murals that really capture that “Jeju ocean” vibe.

This place was definitely packed and a bit touristy when I visited, but the matcha drinks and ice cream were seriously worth it. Easily one of the best matcha treats I’ve ever had.
Osulloc Tea Museum
This bakery had some of the creamiest, generously filled donuts and buns, featuring local Jeju ingredients like peanuts, hallabong orange, and matcha. I tried quite a few flavors, and every single one was so good. The hallabong one is definitely a mu...
Abebe Bakery Jeju
This spot is a cafe-pub, and I went there at night, which made it even better. The vinyl collection was honestly impressive, and the whole place had such a great vibe.
Matilda
Definitely worth the visit. The Udo peanut pudding is a must try, incredibly silky and so satisfying.
