Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and hosting fills me with joy. With an open-door policy, I never quite know who will show up, but everyone is always welcome. If I could create a candle to capture the day, it would be infused with the comforting blend of dishes simmering, roasting, and baking: turkey, stuffing, pies, and all the aromas that make Thanksgiving morning so unforgettable.
