Texas is KNOWN for BBQ and Mexican food. This list has both and then some.
Okay yum. Love this place - the Ft. Worth location is the newest one. They have locations in Austin and Dallas as well.
Terry Black’s Barbecue
Love this place. Their nachos, breakfast burrito and molca bowl are my top recommendations.
Salsa Limón
This place will forever hold a special place in my heart. My first run club that I have been a part of and such great coffee as well. It also because a bar at nights! Much love to the ARC fam.
Ampersand
Yum! All you can each Korean BBQ have been multiple times and never fails to be an amazing experience.
Gen Korean BBQ House
Such a cute place and it is dog friendly! Music on Fridays and perfect in the winter since it is a fake outdoor location.
Second Rodeo Brewing
This restaurant is in The Drover hotel and absolutely delicious. Amazing breakfast and dinner menu.
97 West Kitchen & Bar
Go to Gen's KBBQ and then walk over to SomiSomi - so delicious! It is also open late if you are looking for a sweet treat!
Somisomi
These bagels are famous for a reason. Near SMU - these bagels are amazing and so fresh.
Shug's Bagels
You must try the Chaca Oaxaca burger and a milkshake. These are so good!
Rodeo Goat
Such a cute place and it is dog friendly! Music on Fridays and perfect in the winter since it is a fake outdoor location.

Site seeing, tourism and shopping in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
When in Texas - you must go to a rodeo! Rodeos take place every weekend of the year. Such a fun place to take people.
Events & Tickets
If you're trying to shop for some boots - this is the place to go. Get your boots branded with a little TX logo to commemorate the trip.

Such a fun view of Dallas - get perfect gorgeous pictures at sunset!
Reunion Tower Observation Deck in Downtown Dallas, TX
What is better than free? Not much. This exhibit is free for everyone and a quick little walk in downtown Fort Worth. If you have some time to kill or want to go on a stroll, this is perfect!
Fort Worth Water Gardens
Want a fun activity to do? Chicken and Pickle you can rent out an indoor, outdoor or roofed court to play pickleball in! This place also has food and drink!
Grand Prairie
Instagram worthy place to make your cowboy/cowgirl hat! Perfect for a bachelorette or girls night event.

Want a date night idea? Central Market has cooking classes. Did the sushi course and loved it!
