So far, this is my favourite brunch spot! Their food is delicious and the interior is lovely. Bonus points for the staff being lovely.
Amal Toronto
Warm, rustic vibe with delicious cuisines. Great for after-work dinners! Or if you enjoy a cozy atmosphere, definitely check them out! Their cocktails will get you drunk - they don’t hold back on the liquor.
Parquet
I consider this a hidden gem since it’s located inside Fairmont Hotel. I especially enjoyed their CORNISH HEN, *chef’s kiss*. You will not be disappointed by their food or their service!
REIGN Restaurant + Bar + Bakery
Food, service, interior - NO NOTES! One of my favourite restaurants in the city. Make sure you have a reservation because they are always packed.
Daphne
Best tasting sushi I’ve tried in the city! Not recommended for big groups but it’s a haven for sushi lovers like me!
JaBistro
Such an exquisite, vibrant place! They have DJs, performers and more! Definitely checkout their cocktail selection - it’s quite unique.
Casa Madera
This is mine and my friends’ go-to hang out place. If you’re looking for a place that serves Asian fusion food with lots of dessert and drink choices, this is the place to be!
Petit Potato
Another not-so-hidden gem! Great brunch spot. Food is delicious with huge servings.
The Ace
Went here for a team dinner and they did not disappoint! Very huge servings so prepare to be stuffed! Interior is so unique - you will not think you’re in Toronto once you’re inside.
Myth
The most delicious ramen I’ve tasted in Toronto, hands down. Will transport you to Japan. Place is small and packed so make sure to arrive early.
Ikkousha Ramen Yonge-Dundas
My favourite restaurant in the city! A little bit farther than downtown but I swear the trip is so worth it! Serving Italian food a high caliber - you wouldn’t want to miss this!
Via Allegro Ristorante
Still my one of my go-to Japanese AYCE grills to date! My husband is obsessed with their creme brûlée - and for a good reason! This one is located in Scarborough but they also have a location in downtown Toronto.
Gyubee Japanese Grill (Scarborough)
We went here for my birthday dinner, and I’m still dreaming of their tiramisu to this day! If you’re looking for an upscale Italian restaurant, this might be the one! You’ll get to explore the vibrant area of Yorkville too, which such a treat!
Sofia Italian Restaurant Toronto
One of the more popular restaurants in the city and for a good reason! The cuisines are unique. Expect to have a one of a kind dining experience. They have an open concept kitchen so you’ll see how food is made - which to me, is really exciting.
