I absolutely cannot recommend visiting Bernheim forest enough! You must go on the canopy tree walk overlook during peak foliage - it will blow your mind. The picture above is one I took on the overlook! They also have so many beginner friendly trails...

Technically is across the bridge in Indiana but this is a must do in the fall around here!
Visit Huber's - Orchard, Winery & Family Farm
We love coming here to eat lunch at one of the picnic tables and walk the paved pathway's after. It's SO pretty in the fall. I took the picture above during a fall stroll there with my partner.
A walk through Brown Park
This is another great park in Louisville. Whether you're wanting to hike, take the kiddos to the park or just have a picnic! The picture above is when went in the spring but it's even prettier during the fall.
