This is great to use daily I use it in the morning and the night time. It doesn't make my skin red which is something I try and avoid in the mornings

Use this as a double cleanser in the night time mostly if you wear makeup it helps take whats left of your makeup off. Very gentle as well so it works great for a double cleanse nightly. I typically don't use this in the day time though.

If you are acne prone you know how important having zinc oxide is in your sunscreen. Love this spf it's helped a lot with the dark spots from my breakouts
