Covergirl Clean Fresh Yummy Gloss
Affordable, cruelty-free, and solid quality for what you pay. Only downside is I find it dissolves under gloss fairly quickly.

Pick your poison. I personally use fine tip pencils and outline with concealer, but if you want a fuller-filled-in look try the kit.
Wet n Wild Eyebrow Liner/Kit
I don't need to recommend a mascara because you just need to pair it with this. Affordable and the best curler out there; it gets my straight thin asian lashes up for the whole day. Just remember when you use it to hold and pulse for longevity.

For my medium coverage baddies that like a dewy finish.
Covergirl Skin Tint

I use the lightest shade to highlight my aegyosal, and the dark shade to line my lower eyes. Fantastic quality, and affordable.
Wet n Wild Always Naked Palette Always Nude
I alternate between black and brown, and wet n wild has a waterproof liner as well.
Wet n Wild Liquid Eyeliner
I use the one in the middle. I get compliments on the sparkles when I want a little extra bling.
