These are things I do every day as a college student to keep me focused on school while taking care of myself :)
I try to meal prep a couple of things I can eat when I’m busy every week! This keeps me less stressed about cooking while still helping me meet my nutritional needs :)
Meal Prep
I do this every-other day, but I prioritize running in the morning! It’s sooo good for my mental health and helps me wake up in the morning. I also go through my day feeling accomplished and a lot more motivated :)

I am the WORST of keeping track of when and where my classes are, so at the start of every semester I set up my Apple calendar with my classes and locations in case I forget :)
Create a new calendar
I don’t really like to study in my room because I’m too distracted, so I find somewhere to study. On my campus, I like the library because it has quiet floors that are great to work on :)
Find a place to study
Good sleep is SOOOO important to my productivity. I make sure to wind down early and not use my phone 20 minutes before I go to sleep :)
