I started junk journaling a little over a year ago and I have really enjoyed having an outlet to put things that I probably would have thrown away but also don’t want to hoard! It’s really easy to just use mostly “trash” or free things and add your own stickers and personalize your journal from there!

My husband and I have recently worked to remove a lot of plastic and other forever chemicals from our home, so here are some of my favorites! Although I’m not extremely strict on non-toxic items, I try to replace all of our daily use things with non-toxic alternatives that are better for our health.
