Easy lean protein: mix 1 can of sardines + 1 can of tuna to make a more nutrient dense tuna salad. Add mayo, salt and pepper, chopped scallions or dill.

These are meaty and lightly smoked. Sardines contain Omega 3s and other nutrients to help with lowering cholesterol and strengthening bones. I prefer olive oil over water packed as it keeps the fish moist.
