The Ultimate Kind Routine Sensitive. Reactive and Rosacea Skin...Finally!
These 3 products have completely changed my skin. For years, I battled rosacea. I tried GP creams, expensive skincare, "miracle" products, natural products... you name it. Most either did nothing or made my skin worse. I felt like a witch with all the lotions and potions! Eventually, I stopped believing the marketing and started asking more questions. Ironically, 2 of these 3 products aren't even marketed for rosacea... and they cost a fraction of the price of the products that are. Funny, isn't it? ✨ The Vital Baby Spray was my first breakthrough. It's now my absolute non-negotiable. It's simply made with just water and hypochlorous acid from electrolysed water. Living in Scotland, we're lucky to have amazing water, but my skin needed something gentle without a long list of ingredients. ✨ The Micellar Water came next. I tried a few brands before finding this one. It has never stung my skin or my eyes, and as an unexpected bonus... my dry eye symptoms have completely disappeared. ✨ The SPF was by far the biggest challenge. Honestly, I think I've spent the equivalent of a second-hand car trying to find one that didn't burn, sting or cause a flare-up. Mineral, zinc, chemical... I've tried them all. Three months later... ✔️ No sunburn. ✔️ No stinging. ✔️ No rosacea flare-ups. ✔️ No dry eye pain. Sometimes the best solution isn't the most expensive one. These are all budget. I've found the same with my supplements too. Price doesn't always equal quality, and just because everyone else says something is "the best" doesn't mean it'll be the best for you. Do your own research. Ask questions. Listen to your body. Sometimes the simplest answer is the one you've been overlooking all along. 💜
