Fort Collins is such a fun town! I lived there for three years and miss it every day. I also took great pleasure in reading the Heath Department restaurant inspection reports, so ya girl knows where to stay away from🙃 Here are some real dining gems!

Insanely good tex-mex. The green chile is to die for, and is such a CO staple! I think I'll dream about their burritos for the rest of my life.
Illegal Pete's - Fort Collins
Â
Do yourself a favor and go. Get every pastry you can carry. The owner grew up at their parent's bakery in France, and has now blessed us all with their incredible recipes. While the pastries are where La Creperie really shines, the sit down restauran...
La Creperie & French Bakery
Â
Get a cinnamon roll and thank me later. Brunch at Silver Grill is one of the things I miss most about living in FoCo! The fried trout & eggs and veggie breakfast quesadilla were my favorites!
Silver Grill Cafe
Â
The tables are always sticky, the service is always questionable, and the pizza is always INCREDIBLE. Put honey on the crust- it's the CO way! My favorite is the Hipster!
Beau Jo's Fort Collins
Â
Ridiculously good Mexican food. Their pickled onions are to DIE for! I always got the flautas🙂 their churros are hot, fresh, and served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream (another thing I dream of).
Taqueria Los Comales
Â
I know it's a chain. I know they're far from authentic tacos. But oh my god, is the food good. Best queso in town.
Torchy's Tacos
Â
I grew up on Midwestern Chinese food, and though Young's is technically a Vietnamese spot, it always hit the spot for me. This place is a FoCo staple.
Pricey, but oh so good! I think about their crab cake probably once a day.
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar
Â
The steaks are good, yes. They didn't blow me away tbh. But I looove the ambiance of this place! It more than makes up for the good-but-not-great steaks. Such a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Make a reservation!
The Still Whiskey Steaks
Â
It's Italian! We love Italian! Though I never tried one, I hear they have the best steaks in town.
RARE Italian
Â
One of our favorite spots for dinner! I always got the bechamel mushroom pizza. Oh my god, I'm drooling just thinking about it. Their sangria is also killer!
Nick's Restaurant And Bar
Â
A quirky little place with absolutely whack, insanely delicious sliders! Try as many as you can, every single one is fantastic.
The Colorado Room
Â
Get the tempeh, check for live music, and snag a seat on the back patio!
Avogadro's Number
Â
One of the best spots in town. Fantastic Columbian food for reasonable prices! Bonus that it's in The Exhange, so the outdoor seating options are 10/10.
