This is for my 30-something's who are like me: sensitive skin, prone to fungal acne and perioral dermatitis, and are on a budget. You will notice there is a mix of affordable and pricier items. I have found I can use a cheaper cleanser and moisturize...
If you have a minimal budget I would recommend at minimum the cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen!

Daily Routine
AM and PM. Step 1. Double cleanse.
It doesn't flare my acne or bother my skin barrier! Just a great, affordable gentle cleanser
Vanicream™ Gentle Facial Cleanser
AM. Step 2. Apply as bottle suggests.
Helps block environmental stressors, promote anti-aging, supports skin barrier. NOT a supplement for sunscreen.
Daily Power Defense Cream
AM & PM. Step 3. Apply as bottle suggests.
Hyaluronic acid, squalene, glycerin and ceramides help give the skin moisture and leave it looking plump. Does not irritate my fungal acne or perioral dermatitis.
Vanicream™ Daily Facial Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin
AM. Step 4. Apply enough to evenly coat face, rub in.
Mineral sunscreen is best if you're acne prone, and this one is also oil free! Helps so much with my fungal acne and perioral dermatitis.
Oil Free SPF 40+ Mineral Sunscreen
1x/Week Products
1x/week. PM. Add this in after cleanser before the rest of your products are applied. Use a pea sized amount on damp face.
Because my skin is so sensitive, I cannot handle chemical exfoliators. I use this once a week. Please rub this in VERY gently. Otherwise, you risk damaging your skin barrier. During winter months I use 1x biweekly.
Exfoliating Polish
PM. Add in after cleansing and/or exfoliating. Follow package instructions for application/mixing. Can be done weekly, biweekly, monthly.
This is what my esti uses on me, and she recommended I get some for at home use between facials. It just helps re-hydrate the skin nicely.
