The lumberjack show takes place in an outdoor amphitheatre close to the port. This was a blast and something we all enjoyed. We'd really recommend this and it's very easy to take in while you're in town.

Take a floatplane tour - something really special in Alaska. You can head out to see Misty Fjords National Monument too with amazing views from the air. This can be pricey though!

If you're exploring the city you MUST take in Creek Street. A wonderful boardwalk over the river, home to seals and salmon. We spent loads of time watching them play and hunt. A brilliant part of the city and very walkable.
