When Harry Met Sally... (1989)
Such a cute spooky film about two witchy sisters. One of my comfort movies. It is full of nostalgia. Reminds me of halloween when I was a child!
Practical Magic (1998)
If you aren’t into the gore and jump scares this is the perfect halloween movie! It’s funny and always makes me laugh no matter how many times I watch it. This goes for all of the movies in the trilogy!
Scary Movie (2000)
This is definitely more on the thriller side! I like this movie though because it has lots of twists and turns and is having you figure out things that are happening!
Us (2019)
One of the scariest and disturbing movies on this list. If those are what you like I definitely recommend this movie!!
Evil Dead Burn (2026)
If you grew up in the 2000’s this one is for you! This one is very nostalgic as well and I watch it every year before halloween 🎃
Halloweentown (TV Movie 1998)
A good thriller/horror trilogy. If you are someone who always thinks something bad might happen or superstitious… I would recommend one of the other movies I listed 😂
Final Destination (2000)
Very Nostalgic and comforting! Has a little bit of an eerry and creepy vibe to it but not to much to scare you
Coraline (2009)
Still one of my all time fave movies!! Spooky but not enough to give you nightmares. The editing of this movie is phenomenal and I think everyone needs to see this movie at least once
Sinners (2025)
Now I haven’t recommended a whole lot of scary movie but this one is in my top 5 for scary movies! It’s got a creepy vibe and has you waiting for what’s going to happen and after the movie you still have your heart beating fast in your chest because ...
Hereditary (2018)
This is my all time favorite horror movie. If you want something scary, demonic, twists and turns and to give you nightmares this is it!
Sinister (2012)
I always put on a sweet halloween movie after the horrific ones! This is always the best one. It’s cute, funny, and has romance 💗🍁
Hotel Transylvania (2012)
I personally like the cartoon Addams Family better but I recommend these movies in general. They have such a good message and the movies are so funny and adorable to watch with family and friends.

One of my all time favorite animated rom coms. There is romance and it’s funny! The music in it is great too. I watch this movie almost every night 🍁
