Cat Gear Worth The Splurge

items The expensive end. I do not buy much at these prices, so when I do it is because the cheap version failed repeatedly and I got tired of replacing it. Litter boxes, feeders, carriers and furniture built to last years rather than months. If you are hov...
The most I have ever spent on something cat related and the first thing I would replace if it broke. It self cleans, so scooping stopped being part of my day, and it logs how often she goes. The health tracking sounds like a gimmick until it flags a ...
Litter-Robot 4 Automatic Litter Box | Join 1.8M+ Users
Scheduled meals plus a camera, so I can be out and still check she has actually eaten rather than guessing. There is two-way audio, which I use to talk to my cat like someone who has lost the plot. Portion control also quietly ended the five in the m...
PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder with 1080P HD Camera
A litter box that does not look like a litter box, which sounds shallow until you have one sitting in a small flat. It is big enough for a cat to actually turn around in, unlike most covered boxes, and the shape keeps litter roughly where it belongs.
Cove Modern Litter Box
Cats want height more than they want almost anything else you can buy them. This one is tall, genuinely stable, and the platforms are wide enough for a full grown adult rather than the sad little shelves most trees come with. Mine claimed the top per...
FRISCO 72-in Faux Fur Cat Tree & Condo
Crash tested, which sounds dramatic until you have driven a terrified cat to the vet and watched a cheap plastic box slide across the back seat. It doubles as a bed at home so it stops being the object of horror that only appears before vet visits. E...
Sleepypod Mobile Pet Bed Crash-Tested Carrier
The cheaper route into self cleaning if the Litter-Robot is out of reach. It uses crystal litter rather than clumping, so factor the refills into the real cost before you decide.
Petsafe Scoop Free® Complete Plus Self-Cleaning Litter Box
It tracks how much your cat drinks and tells you when the filter is due, which removes the one job everyone forgets.
Catit PIXI Smart Fountain
A scratching post you would not hide behind a sofa. Replaceable sisal sleeve, so you are not throwing out the whole thing every eighteen months.
Tuft + Paw Sculpt Scratching Post
Reads your cat's existing chip so the neighborhood cats stop treating your kitchen as a buffet. Fiddly to fit, worth every minute of it.
The SureFlap Microchip Cat Door - Keep Unwanted Cats Out!
Cheaper than the camera feeder if you already have feeding sorted and just want to see what she is doing. The 360 rotation is the difference between finding her and staring at an empty rug.
Petcube Cam 360 Pet Monitoring Camera with 24/7 Online Vet
For flats where a seventy two inch cat tree is not happening. Lower, denser, and it reads as furniture rather than carpeted scaffolding.
Vesper V-High Base Cat Furniture
Older cats and cold rooms. It warms to body temperature rather than getting hot, and it is the one purchase my cat committed to on day one without negotiation.
K&H Thermo-Kitty Heated Cat Bed
The main alternative to the Litter-Robot and several hundred cheaper. Smaller opening, so measure your cat honestly before ordering.
PETKIT PuraMax 2 Self-Cleaning Litter Box
Hides the box inside actual furniture with a top that works as a shelf. The answer for anyone whose litter box currently lives in a hallway in full view.
Cat Litter Box Cabinet Furniture
The version that fits under an airline seat and compresses to meet the size limit. If you ever intend to fly with your cat, buy this one rather than the standard Sleepypod.
Sleepypod Air In-Cabin Carrier
Vertical territory without any floor space at all. It genuinely changes how a cat uses a small flat, and it looks better than a carpeted tower.
Catastrophic Creations Wall Shelf Set
The stronger formulation. Worth it during a move, building work, or the arrival of anything with a pulse that your cat did not agree to.
Feliway Optimum Diffuser 30 Day
She sleeps in a cardboard box roughly half the time and in this the other half, which for an expensive bed is a genuine result. The raised rim is what does it.
Omlet Maya Donut Cat Bed
