You may not be sensitive to what you’re using now, but if things are just not working, start by using a soap that truly cleans and has no color or added scent to it.
1. Use a stronger soap
This is more of a mental tip, because I think hands are enough, but having a washcloth can force you to be more mindful of how you’re cleaning. (Tip: white ones help you MAKE SURE everything’s fully clean.)
2. Use a washcloth
How to use:
Spread out a slice of lemon, add it to your washcloth or hands along with soap right before lathering, right before you finish cleaning it, add it to your last or second to last rinse.
3. The Lemon method
Same thing as with the lemon, except you dilute it with water before using and you’ll really need a washcloth to do a rub type of lotion as you wash yourself.
4. The Apple Cider Vinegar method
Applying a thin layer to dry skin after showering can prevent odor (on inner pelvic corners).
