Outdoor Activities
When the weather is nice, I love to get outdoors and do some shopping/activities. Here are some I’d recommend as well as some I want to check out.
I love going to this market. There’s always a nice mix of clothing, jewelry, home, music, etc. to check out.
Market in the Alley
This is one of my favorite springtime activities, especially when the butterfly habitat is open. Definitely wear your walking shoes, as you will get your steps in.
Springs Preserve
This is one of two of my favorite pools in Vegas. The food is delicious and the pool area is aesthetically pleasing and clean.
Bel-Aire Backyard - Durango Casino & Resort
My Mecca when it comes to pools in Vegas! The vibe is always right here and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. I loved coming here for Wrestlemania and watching the action on the screens.
Stadium Swim
We’re not gatekeeping over here! It’s been awhile since I visited Lake Las Vegas but it is the perfect getaway if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Haven’t been up to Mt. Charleston in years. Definitely plan to change that soon. They’ve had a couple of events up here recently but wish they’d bring back the chef series they had a couple of years ago.

This is one of my favorite spots in the Uncommons. I recommend their spaghetti and meatballs, squash blossoms and housemade focaccia bread with the ricotta dip.
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop
If you haven’t been to Esther’s, you are missing out! Delicious beverages, melt in your mouth bread and flavorful pastas. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas.

One of my favorite steakhouses. The ambiance is inviting yet intimate and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend saving room for dessert!
Barry's Downtown Prime
This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in town. Perfect for a girls night or even a date. I love the short rib pad thai, definitely recommend. Also recommend getting a couple dishes to share if you’re going with a larger group.
Lotus of Siam | Red Rock Restaurant
I miss La Comida but La Mona Rosa is good with me! I love the fun party vibe in this restaurant. Prime location for drinks before a night out downtown.
La Mona Rosa
My new favorite breakfast spot. Biscuits are made fresh daily and you sure can tell: soft, melt in your mouth and pairs well with their honey butter. I recommend the 3 egg breakfast or the egg/meat and cheese biscuit.
A great southern restaurant on the strip. The cozy vibes here makes it enjoyable to come back, but the food solidifies it. I recommend the chicken and waffles, sweet tea and the biscuits are 10/10!
I love their unique flavors but always tend to get the honey lavender ice cream.
Salt & Straw
Close by Sunset Park and the airport. Perfect spot to pick up a tasty beverage or snack. I recommend their sausage, egg, bacon and cheese ciabatta sandwich and their lavender latte.
Sunrise Coffee
This coffee shop makes me happy. I love the decor and the meaning behind the shop.
Dig It! Coffee Co.
Super cute coffee shop that always stays busy. They have a nice selection of drinks. I love the area surrounding the restaurant so you can enjoy the stores or just relax with a nice coffee.
Mothership Coffee Roasters
Great place to catch up with friends in the arts district. There’s plenty to do around the restaurant so you can make a whole day out of it. I recommend a caramel latte with a salmon bagel.
