Some of my favorite things to get me through the rough days of Crohn’s and IBS ❤️ Symptom management and flare recovery mostly.
Must have for after a flare up. Ensures hydration without too much sugar. Cotton candy and firecracker are not too salty!
Liquid I.V.
I’m not even going to lie, I have one of these in every bag and car. Dealing with stomach issues often leads to nausea but the anxiety of having nowhere to throw up was awful until I started stocking the house with theses.
Emesis bags
I absolutely cannot travel without this little gadget. Not only does it help with flare pain but also period cramps or back cramps. It’s amazing and the battery is great.
Cordless Heating Pad
Sticking to taking these every single night has been helping my flares tremendously. I noticed a huge difference in my cramping and bloating.
Goli Nutrition Magnesium Zero Sugar Gummies, 60 Count
A flavorless option if you want it for electrolytes!!
Buoy | Ocean Electrolytes & Wild Foods
You can find me laying on my heating pad when I’m in a flare up. Love the auto timer for safety.
Heating Pads—Pain Relief
For when the cramping causes nausea! The flavor of these aren’t too spicy and overpowering.
I’m almost always soaking in the tub during or following a flare. The magnesium is great for muscle relaxation and helps calm my stomach.
Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak, Soothe & Sleep with Lavender, 3 lbs
Easiest to tolerate on the stomach. I do have to salt it up.
Kettle & Fire
One of my favorite ways to soothe an upset stomach. It’s a must after heavy meals and doesnt taste toothpaste-y at all.
Thrive Market Organic Peppermint Tea
Flare care must have. Also great if you have a UTI or other irritation in that area! Battery powered and easy to use.
Fivona Sitz Bath for Postpartum & Hemorrhoids
I love that this box has night and day slots and the little days come out individually if you need to take one with you for the day. The bag is nice to have for travel too!
Medication box with bag
My favorite way to take back up medications in my purse and other bags. I literally don’t leave the house without this thing.
