PSA requests that you use a NEW box for durability reasons and also so that they can determine that there hasn't been any tampering. If you reuse a box it's likely difficult for them to determine if the box has opened before arrival

Use strong tape that is visible if it's been cut or opened for the outside of your box

You just want something to fill the empty space in your box, be it something like this packing paper or shipping peanuts. I prefer packing paper because stuff tends to shift around less than with the peanuts, also it's less of a hassle to recycle.
