I use this to eliminate and glare from my shots. This model is specific to the iPhone 15 Pro, but you can find it for many different versions of phone.

I use this to get overhead shots of my work. Can be positioned directly over your workspace and easily moved out of the way if needed. Has a strong arm that stays in place very well once the angle is set.
