Milos has a small airport, with flights arriving from Athens daily. Flights only go back and forth form Milos to Athens. If you are island hopping, you will have to take a ferry between Milos and another Greek island.
Search flights from Athens to Milos
You can get to Milos by ferry from Athens or other Greek islands. Use Ferryhopper to book your ferry in advance. Keep in mind the high speed ferries, while much faster, have more movement. If you are prone to sea sickness, I would advise against a high speed ferry. I took a high speed ferry (The SeaJet) and was totally fine, but I don't normally get sea sick.

Fyriplaka Beach was one of our favorites! Be sure to walk all the way down to the quieter end of the beach. It is really crowded at the beginning of the beach by the parking lot, but peaceful and beautiful farther down the beach.
