20 vol. is great for lifting hair higher safely. Ensure to read the dye or bleach directions for specific ratios.
Wella Color Charm 20 Volume Creme Developer 32 oz.
When looking for a higher lift such as level 8 and up, a 30 vol. developer is going to do the trick. Be mindful this is a stronger product, so the amount of time you use it for should vary.
