I keep a lot of things in my bag for preventive care as well as care if I get sick. These are my favorites to stock in my bag.
You never know when you'll need a tissue and I'd rather pull one out of my bag then have to find the nearest restroom.

This is my go to stomach medicine and I have it just in case I need it. It also comes in handy in case others around you need it.

My glasses always get dirty or fogged up so I like to have something to clean them with. The spray is helpful but a cleaning rag does the job too.

I like to have a variety of medicines on me along with my daily meds in there so I need somewhere to carry them. I prefer something small so it fits in all bags.

A lot of places are switching to paper straws and we all know they aren't useful. These are easy to carry and pull out when needed.

I need some kind of fidget in my bag. I tend to carry quiet ones that can be used anywhere. My go to are needoh nice cube and the dream drop.

I never know when these will be needed. Some places get too loud or sometimes I want to read and not be bothered.
