Xochimilco Mexico City: How to Get There and What to Do
Another spot worth the day trip. These pyramids are so amazing to see in person. Take a tour to get a full understanding of the history behind them. If you’re and early riser, I HIGHLY suggest taking the hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Absolutely br...
Pre-Hispanic City of Teotihuacan
Unique shopping experience where you will find authentic and handmade Mexican items. Here you will find jewelry, clothing, gifts, souvenirs, and anything else you might be looking for to remember your time in CDMX
Mercado De Artesanias La Ciudadela (2025) - Tripadvisor
A gorgeous castle in a park in the middle of the city. So much history and culture, you could spend all day wondering the gardens and the castle. Definitely worth the ticket.
Chapultepec Castle
Another must see if you have the time.
Frida Kahlo Museum
Coffee shops/bakeries
Quite possibly my favorite cafe anywhere. The croissants are to die for. Actually, all the pastries are to die for. And delicious coffee. I dream about Bakers.

A cute brunch spot in the heart of Polanco. Great coffee, avocado toast, and a patio to enjoy it all on.
Básico
Gorgeous outdoor seating space to enjoy Mexico City’s beautiful weather. I love the coffee and brunch. Also a cute little shop on the inside!
LA OTILIA
Simple and modern cafe. Easy to grab and go, but also a great place to sit and relax. Delicious coffee and pastries.
You can’t go to Mexico City and not enjoy the sweet treats. El Moro is perfect for churros and ice cream. Freshly made and you know it because you can watch them make the dough and fry it. 10/10
El Moro
Small coffee shop that is easy to miss if you’re not looking for it! Delicious coffee and some of the BEST avocado toast you will find.
Biscottino Coffee
Restaurants & Bars
One of the coolest bars I have been to. The atmosphere is so unique, gorgeous interior, and delicious food and drinks. A staple visit anytime I am in Mexico City.
If you’re looking for a steakhouse, look no further. This Argentine steakhouse delivers on all fronts. Delicious drinks, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts.
Rincón Argentino
The cutest lemon themed brunch spot. The inside is just as gorgeous and the food is delicious. I still think about the grilled cheese and tomato soup I ordered from here.
