These come as powders in the canister, so all you have to do is add some water or liquid of your choice (even plain yogurt works) and gently scrub into the skin in circular motions. Be careful of eye area 🙏🏽
I love this as a scrub for the face! All you have to do is mix with a little yogurt or even just water, and then apply to face and gently scrub. Super brightening with the orange peel in there 💯

Depending on the texture of cream that you like, I would go with the body milk if you like something thinner vs body cream for something thicker to cover the body. I usually carry around the body milk as hand cream :)
