Carpenter by day, founder by night, dad always. 22 years fitting London kitchens. Building CabinetOS on the side. Lists here: the tools, books, and kitchen kit I actually use — no fluff, no fake reviews, just stuff I'd buy again tomorrow.

My Kitchen Setup — Appliances I Use Every Day
13 items
The kit that actually runs our kitchen — every day, busy household, two kids. After fitting kitchens for 22 years I've seen what gets used and what gets binned. These are the ones we'd buy again tomorrow.

22 Years of Carpentry — The Tools I Still Use Every Day
15 items
After 22 years on the tools across London — fitting kitchens, building wardrobes, and crafting decking — these are the tools I keep coming back to. Not the trendiest, not the cheapest, but the ones that actually earn their keep on a working site. Honest picks from a real carpenter, not a reviewer.
My Reading Shelf — Trade, Tech & Mindset
13 items
After 22 years on the tools, I started building software alongside the trade — CabinetOS, Threads Machine, the websites. None of it would exist without the books on this list. These are the ones I keep returning to, across three areas: the indie founder side, the working tradesman side, and the mindset that holds it all together. Honest picks from someone who reads between jobs, not a literary critic.
