Swing by the Cloud 9 boardwalk at sunrise to watch surfers ride the iconic waves—or take a lesson and feel the thrill yourself. It’s the heart of Siargao’s surf culture, especially during swell season.
About a 45-minute drive from General Luna, then a 20-minute boat ride through mangroves. Paddleboard, kayak, or take a leap from the diving platform into the teal lagoon—it’s a peaceful escape.
Grab a local bangka (boat) for the classic island hopping trio. Daku Island for local eats, Guyam for a chill beach stop, and Naked Island for a dreamy sandbar photo op.
Island Hopping: Daku, Guyam & Naked Island
Only accessible at low tide (usually 10 am–12 pm). Entrance is ~₱50. Cliff-jump into clear tide pools, explore the rocky flats, and chill on the quiet beach afterward. Bring reef shoes for safe exploring.
Magpupungko Rock Pools – Natural Tide Pools in Pilar
Rent a motorbike and ride up past General Luna towards Pacifico Beach for empty shores, coconut groves, and snap-worthy cliff lookouts. Perfect for a lazy coast drive and coconut stop-offs.
