Soda, soda pop, soda fizz, or whatever name you know it as that sweet carbonated beverage has a lot of us hooked 🪝 It’s kind of addictive.
Carbonated water + sugar artificial colors, and or artificial sweetener and other junk is plain = unhealthy for us regular is just straight up empty calories. Drinking regular soda serves no purpose in a humans diet.💯 Regular sodas, due to their high sugar content, can contribute to weight gain, increased risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and tooth decay.
unfortunately, it’s really hard to give it up, but for those of us who want to be healthier or lose weight, the only alternative was to start drinking the diet sugarfree options, which are just full of artificial colors and artificial sweeteners
