Ok I had to try this when I found the Abbey Young method and I will say it's probably the product that actually made the most difference in texture and shine.

Love this for heat protection, specifically the one for color treated hair. You can use it when you air dry as well as blow dry and the protection lasts for multiple days!

When I feel like adding shine this is my go to. It's inexpensive and super fast and easy to use. Apply after conditioner, literally wait 8 seconds and rinse. It also smells great.

This is great to spray on roots when hair is damp before blow drying. Can take the place of mousse and smells so good! It's a little pricey but I don't use it everyday.

I always come back to this brush. I use it on wet and dry hair plus it's the best for my daughter's hair too. I've tried boar bristles and all the fancy expensive brushes but this is the best. I think I have about 4 laying around the house :)
