Even if you're not a museum person, go to the Louvre!
My recommendations: Book a ticket ahead of time. Book the earliest time slot you can - it gets extremely busy as the day goes on so it is more enjoyable earlier in the day when less people are there. Go to the Mona Lisa very first thing - it gets so ...

Dior Museum
This was such a pleasant experience!
I tried to get tickets ahead of time but they sold out, so we did go when it opened and waited in line for about 1.5 hours and were able to get in. It was SO worth it! Took us about 1.5 hours to walk through and thoroughly see everything. There is so...
It focuses mostly on how Dior came to be and a lot on the fashion - not as much about the current bags. There is also a cafe, gift shop and regular Dior store.
They only let a certain number of people in at a time so it didn't feel over crowded.
My recommendations: GO! It was so amazing to see everything and a truly peaceful experience. If you can't get a ticket online ahead of time, go in the morning and wait in line, it's worth it.

Disneyland Paris!
I've always thought it would be fun to see what Disney was like outside of the US - it was fun and cute! The parks were smaller but they were still great and fun to see.
My recommendations:
There are two parks, definitely by the ticket to park hop between the two - they are only like a 5 minute walk apart and you can bounce back and forth as much as you want.
If you take the subway from Paris it is an easy right about 45 minutes but MAKE SURE you get the correct ticket that will let you go to the “zone” that Disney is in. We didn't know about the zones and ended up getting stuck for a bit - so go to the t...

Tours

A good way to see sites!
This was not my favorite thing to do because the traffic in Paris was crazy when we took it the tour on a Saturday, however it was a good way to get around Paris and see some sites/areas of the city.
My recommendations:
Do this one of the first days you visit so you get an idea of the layout of the city. We drove by certain parts that I didn't know about which I noted so I could go back to spend more time at later in my trip.
If you want to learn a lot of facts and history I would recommend finding a bus tour with a live guide, these ones have prerecorded audio guides which didn't share that much.

 The Beautiful Palace of Versailles!
The palace and gardens is incredible and even though it is outside the city, I definitely recommend going if you're visiting Paris.
We took a 3 hour guided tour.
My recommendations:
Do a tour with a live guide - we did this 3 hour one from Viator and it was definitely worth it. In our ticket they supplied bus transportation to and from Paris as well as skip the line access.
The palace was very busy when we went so it was nice to have a guide telling us what we were seeing and stopping to point things out instead of us just walking through everything with the crowds and not fully knowing what we were looking at.
Maybe do this in the earlier part of your trip - we did it near the end and were truly tired and a little bit information overloaded - we did still enjoy seeing it since the history is so cool and everything in there is beautiful.
Dress nicely but comfortable.

See all the Emily in Paris sites!
This was one of my favorite things that we did in Paris. It was so fun to see the different sites from the show but what made it so good was truly the tour guide! She was an english speaking American that actually moved to Paris (kind of like Emily h...
It was a small group of diverse ages which made it intimate and a good opportunity to ask any questions we wanted.

The Most Iconic: Eiffel Tower🗼
Go up to the top!!
We climbed to first level which was a lot of stairs but a good experience and then had to the take elevator to the top level (which had lines). It was cool to say we went to the top and also see the views. If heights aren't your thing, at least go to...
My recommendations: Getting tickets online ahead of time is hard they sell out SO fast, I went to Viator and booked an English speaking tour through there and it was definitely worth it. When you go with a tour guide they get you through most of the ...
There are gift shops and little snack/drink shacks on each level which I recommend stopping in and on the first level there is a seating around which was so fun to relax and just be present in the Eiffel tower while also seeing the views.
Bring a sweater it gets windy and chiller at the top!

View Paris by Boat!
Riding along the Seine was such a fun way to see sites of Paris. We did this tour twice, both at night (with all the lights) and during the day. It was a relaxing one hour cruise. There is a map to see what sites you are passing, but there is no tour...
My recommendations: If you are also doing the bus tour, buy the ticket that gives you both the bus and boat tour access because it's cheaper. I liked doing this later on in my trip since there is no tour guide you kind of need an idea of what the sit...

The Opera House
After passing by it a few times, we decided to book last minute tickets online to tour the Opera House. It was really stunning! We opted for the Ipad self guided tour and that was absolutely worth it. Without the guide, you really just walk through a...
We cannot wait to go back and see a ballet performance here.
My recommendations: As well as a tour, if you can see a ballet, opera or show here, do it.

The BEST gluten free bakery I've ever been to!
Even if you aren't gluten free I recommend going. The food is naturally gluten free so it tastes amazing and it's not dry (if you know, you know).
The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and the prices were great! Everything tasted amazing and I can't wait until I can go back again.

If you like the show Emily in Paris, go here!
This restaurant is not directly related to the show, but they told us that the theme and menu are based off the show vibes and characters. They had tasty french food and the staff was nice. It is a very cute girly vibe which I personally loved. It is...

I found this place on Tiktok and had to check it out for myself and it did NOT disappoint. The hot chocolate in Paris is amazing - and this place definitely has some of the best.
My recommendations: The line to get a table (in or outside) is typically very long, so we just walked in and asked for some pastries and hot chocolate to go - so if you don't have the time to wait then get it to go and walk over to The Place du Troca...

Gluten free Italian - in Paris!
Although it was traditional french food it was still so yummy! The entire menu is gluten free but my mom who isn't gluten free still said it was very good food. A great option to have if you need it.

Fun shopping spot to see!
This is one big department store with an open concept. They have little separate storefronts of all the big designer brands. It has multiple floors and even if you aren't really shopping designer brands the architecture of the building is very cool a...
There are two locations across the street from each other, one is more of a traditional department store, the other is the one shown here that you should view! There is a rooftop where you can get a view of Paris as well!

Another beautiful department store!
An iconic and beautiful department store with designer storefronts. They have a gift shop type store on the bottom floor which is fun to check out, they have more affordable options too. On the top level there is a rooftop you can eat or get a drink.
