I spent the majority of my life in Colorado and don't remember much before Colorado except a few years we were in Oregon and I am now living in North Georgia. With that being said I have spent most of my childhood and adult life outside and have been hiking for as long as I can remember. I was worried that when I had a kid hiking and traveling wouldn't be possible and have tried to make sure that's not true. This will be my husbands second fathers day and I am so excited to celebrate what an incredible dad he has been. As someone who has very very dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and just developed psoriasis postpartum it is very hard to find body care products that work for me. These are all the products I love and use regularly. Scented products typically aren't recommended for psoriasis but I still use them and these ones don't irritate it too much. Amazon affiliate

This will be my second mother's day so I thought it would be fun to put together a list of things I think other mothers might find really useful or nice to have as people who give so much of their time and effort to others. My hair type falls somewhere between 2B-2C. I used to follow the curly girl method a few years back and it worked well for my hair but I no longer follow it and this is what has been working best for my hair recently. I do slightly follow the Abbey Young method. I like to use mostly drugstore products but I definitely splurge on a few items I use. Amazon affiliate

I have noticed the most and best changes to my skin since switching over to mostly Korean skincare products, not only that but they are also more affordable than most US skincare products. I have used most of these for so long but love them all. These products have also helped with with breakouts I have had during pregnancy and postpartum due to hormone shifts (You are not supposed to use retinol products during pregnancy so I did stop those for a bit) Amazon affiliate

These were all my most used items as an exclusively breastfeeding postpartum mom who did not have a c-section and had an uncomplicated delivery. Some of these items will still work for moms who have had a c-section, but it definitely doesn't have everything a c-section mom might need.
