AM: i use the cetaphil gentle cleanser
PM: i double cleanse every other night with the SKIN1004 oil cleanser and the cetaphil gentle cleanser
ONCE A WEEK on my exfoliation night i use the Cerave SA cleanser in place of the Cetaphil cleanser
I also like to ice my face after cleansing in the morning! nothing fancy, just an ice cube in a paper towel to reduce puffiness

i don't use toner after every cleanse, but if my skin is feeling extra irritated, it always helps calm it down.

this spf face mist is SO amazing. it instantly makes you look super glowy and makes your skin feel extra smooth, all while giving sun protection and easy reapplication. it also smells so nice and fresh <3
skincare accessories
silk pillowcases are a really great investment for your skin (and hair!) to reduce the friction on your face and bacteria buildup
i used to think these were kinda extra and unnecessary but they honestly help so much to not get water everywhere and feel more comfortable when washing your face

stainless steel gua shas are much better than stone ones for bacteria control. i personally get too lazy and just use my hands but using the tool itself could give better results as long as you clean it properly and use a moisturizer or oil with it
