This list, my friends, is your gateway to South Indian food in Calgary. When people go out for “Indian” food, they are more likely to eat Punjabi food. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Punjabi food, but at the same time I’d like to put spotlight on food from other regions of India and begin with a South Indian food guide. Even South Indian is the wrong categorization but I’m going use it for ease. South India is basically five(six if you count Goa) states- Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. You can find food from all those states in Calgary except Karnataka (correct me if there is a place that serves Karnataka food in Calgary).

This is a list of products that I swear by in my day to day life. No single category, just a mixed bag!
