This list is for when my brain is too tired, and I dont want advice, don’t want to talk, and I just want to sit down and take care of me.

I rotate through a lot of shower products, but only a few consistently work for my dry, easily-irritated skin. This list is made up of gentle cleansers, soothing washes, and simple shower staples I’ve personally repurchased because they don’t leave my skin tight, itchy, or stripped. If a product stays in my routine, it earned its spot here.
