Day 1 - Arrive in My Khe Beach
My Khe beach felt like California but in Vietnam. Palm trees everywhere, the open breeze and the beach. Very laid back atmosphere made it fun to make this our stay vs in the city center of Da Nang.
Highly recommend the hotel we stayed at. They offered afternoon tea for free as part of your reservation and they also offer 50% off all spa packages. My husband and I booked a full body scrub and massage and it was wonderful.

Another hotel that is highly rated and more to the north of where I stayed. This is the other hotel I considered, but ultimately decided on BlueSun due to location and easy access to Da Nang city center.

Great place for lunch or afternoon snack. Banh mis are fresh - the bread is crusty on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Highly recommend!

We didn't do a jeep tour, but we did see a lot of folks explore the mountain on jeeps. This looked like a lot of fun, especially since you get beautiful views of the beach below.

Day 3 - Hoi An
My favorite day trip. I don't think it's necessary to stay there unless you get clothes from the 24H turnaround tailors. I have heard mixed reviews on quality and have decided to go with other tailors with a longer lead time instead.
If you're looking for a tour that does it all, I highly recommend this one. You'll hit up all of the spots in Hoi An.
Hoi An Old Town Tour, Night Market & Boat Ride
Highly recommend renting a bicycle and cycling around the outskirts of Hoi An, where the rice fields are. It was a bit daunting to ride a bike with heavy traffic, but the rice fields are a little less crowded and the site was absolutely beautiful!

Coconut village is a bit touristy, but it's a must do. You ride on a coconut boat for around 30 min to 1 hour, seeing all that coconut village has to offer. You also get to be spun around in a coconut boat by a local - it's very fun!

Night time is really where Hoi An shines. Lanterns are released at night and the lights really brighten up the whole town. Enjoy this and the night market before heading back.

Day 4 - My Son Sanctuary Tour & Explore Da Nang Town
My Son Sanctuary is a must visit. I also recommend spending the afternoon exploring the city center of Da Nang and signing up for a food tour & night cruise. Han river is absolutely beautiful at night.
This is a fun activity to do in Da Nang. Take the night cruise and see the beautiful skyline. Plus, on Fridays and Saturdays, the dragon bridge actually breathes fire!

They specialize in suits. My husband's looked really nice and I got a pair of pants made. They don't have a lot of fabrics outside of suit fabrics so it is best to just get suits or suit pants made here.
