Walmart Shopping List To Make Simple Asian Fried Rice
How to make :
1. Cook rice and let it cool for about a couple hours in room temperature without any cover (dry rice is best for fried rice)
2. Make sunny side up egg and put aside. Dice the breast fillet.
3. Slice spring onion and put aside. Prepare the frozen veggies.
4. Use butter, stir fry the minced garlic in a wok till golden brown, then add the chicken breast (or shrimp). Cook till the chicken done. Then add the rice to the wok. Stir it evenly.
5. Add soy sauce and salt.
6. Add the spring onion and frozen veggies.
7. Taste and adjust
8. Fried rice is ready to be served with sunny side up egg on the top.
Optional : use chicken bouillon powder to enhance the taste if you like it.
Note : you can make scrambled egg too beforr add chicken and cook it together.
You can make seafood fried rice also by replacing chicken with shrimp and diced fish fillet.
