This is a fine grit sanded paper that works perfectly to build up layers of pastel. I use it for all my pastel art.
UART Premium Sanded Paper for pastel, colored pencil & charcoal
Clairefontaine Pastelmat is one of the most popular surfaces used by pastel artists. Available in a range of colours, it has a velvet like surface. A great paper to work on.
