Gainesville and Haymarket have several great asian restaurants.
This is a go to when friends and family visit from out of town and it never disappoints! Highly recommend their katsu (melts in your mouth) and sushi. Great for takeout or dining in (great atmosphere).
Rice Alley
A great Japanese restaurants that offers a lot of different options. We especially enjoy the variety of sushi options (which are all fresh) and the bento boxes with larger portion sizes (leftovers ftw!)
Sakura Grill
This is a good thai place that has amazing panang curry and basil fried rice.
Busaya Thai
Great local Chinese restaurant with a varied menu. Their red curry is especially good!

Bepop is a fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors and they come together in a beautiful way. This is a local chain and the Haymarket location is their newest. They have a good variety of vegetarian and options with beef, pork and chicken.
