Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu!
Technically speaking, this is a RPG and rhythm game. I played an earlier iteration of this on the 3DS and really enjoyed it. Final Bar takes what made it great and gives it a facial lift and some additional enhancements to make it a very fun game.
I should mention I'm not a rhythm game fan but games like this make me realize I may like them more than I think, if the execution is done right. Also, the Final Fantasy series has some of the best music in any video game.

The first Dragon Quest Builders follows an “alternative” path from the first game and sees the player trying to restore the land. It follows in a chapter format and has a lot of RPG elements mixed in with building and simulation elements.
The sequel, Dragon Quest Builders 2 takes all these elements and improves on them all. However, I wholeheartedly recommend giving the first game a shot too, especially if you enjoy the Dragon Quest series.
