The best app! It curates a running plan based on your goals and fitness. I get on really well with this and found it much more useful when compared to apps like Couch to 5K.

The best app for planning runs! I paid for the subscription but it’s so useful since I cannot really judge distances well and often get bored of the same routes. It’s also great to have a support network on it of other fellow runners!

I cannot run in silence! Even music I do find quite boring, luckily Spotify audiobooks are included in my membership so I’m usually either knee deep in a book or listening to podcasts!
