Hand Health and Protection

Hand health is so important in the gym. If you are using the rig or bar and happen to rip then your miserable for a week at least. Below are my personal recommendations to prevent rips, and take care of them if you happen to get one.

Slides are a great shoe to transition into gym shoes. Gym shoes should only be worn at the gym to keep the germs out.
