This is a list of the ingredients so you can bake the best mini chocolate chip cookies!
Follow this recipe:
1. Melt 110g of unsalted butter and pour into your mixing bowl. (Butter can be melted in the microwave but I found that melting on a pan until is somewhat brown gives it a better taste).
2. Add 150g (light brown sugar) and 115g (granulated sugar) onto your melted butter. Mix until is somewhat liquid, if you are using the mixing machine this process will take about 5 minutes.
3. Add one large egg and about 1tbsp of vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add 200g of plain flour, about 1/2 tbsp of bicarbonate of soda and about 1/2 tbsp of salt to your mix. Mix well but do not over-mix. (When using the mixing machine some of the mix might get stuck to the sides, if so scoop it down onto the center a...
5. Add 200g of your favorite chocolate chips, for this process instead of mixing them is better so use a baking spoon and do what bakers call “folding” the dough. (For this process is best to not use the mixing machine).
6. Refrigerate your dough for at least 30 minutes. (Solidifies the fat, which prevents excessive spreading in the oven, resulting in thicker, chewier cookies with a better shape).
7. Scoop out dough and make them into 15g balls. (Optional: Add a tiny bit of sea salt onto dough balls for that sweet/salty taste).
8. For oven, bake for 5-6 minutes on 375°F/338°F (Fan).
9. For airfryer; use the bake setting, 8-10 minutes on 280°F - 300°F.
10. Remember to let them set after taking them out and use the glass trick to make them perfectly round.
This recipe should make you about 50 cookies, ENJOY!

This one has worked for me, but do not be afraid to add your favorite brand. Just make sure it is unsalted butter and brown it when you melt it for better taste.
Unsalted Stick Butter - 16oz/4ct - Good & Gather™
C&H has always been a brand I trust! This brand of sugar has been working for so I am afraid to change it, but do not be like me feel free to experiment with other brands.
C&H Premium Pure Cane Light Brown Sugar - 2lbs
I always go with C&H when it comes to sugar but for granulated sugar, but really any brand will work. Feel free to experiment with more premium brands.

Pure Vanilla Extract - 2oz - Good & Gather™
Not required but if you do not mind spending a little bit more for a subtle improvement when it comes to vanilla extract give this one a go. Cool looking bottle too!
Watkins Baking Vanilla Extract - 2oz
Good and reliable flour, I am very happy with this one. Tell me in the comments if I am missing out on other brands.
All Purpose Flour - 5lbs - Market Pantry™
The good ol' Arm & Hammer baking soda, cannot beat it. I hear that "The Good Flour Co" makes the best one but I have not tried it.
ARM & HAMMER Pure Baking Soda - 1lb
Another brand we all know and we can count on. Great product and for some reason I really enjoy the Morton logo.
Morton Iodized Salt - 26oz
I recently switched to these chocolate chips and I don't think I will be changing them anytime soon. You can taste “premium” with these ones.
Another option for chocolate chips, still delicious and also a little bit less expensive. Give both a try to see which one you like best!
Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for Cookie Baking - 12oz
Swap regular chocolate chips for mini M&M's for a change. M&M's cookies have always given me some sort of nostalgia, good to enjoy every once in a while.
Great sea salt option, I also really enjoy the grinder included! I cannot have enough of the subtle taste this gives the cookies.
McCormick Sea Salt Grinder - 2.12 oz

For an added bonus, you can in fact bake this cookie recipe in an Air Fryer. Owning an Air Fryer was what inspired me to start cooking and following recipes.

Makes the process easier but it not required. Multiple use product, really for the price is a must have.

Having a food scale I do think is required, also if you are a person that is frequently following recipes buying one will benefit you. I found myself using it a lot more of what I thought.
