Running Must-Haves
I absolutely love running. There is truly nothing better for my mind. When I’m stressed or anxious, lacing up my shoes and just hitting the pavement helps me process everything. It clears the mental fog and just lets me be in the moment. It’s like a moving meditation. And yeah, it definitely helps keep me in shape and manage my weight, which is a bonus, but honestly, the main reason I go is for that incredible feeling of freedom and clarity. It is the best way to hit the reset button on a busy brain.
