This is my number one the caffeine the inflammation control works great never take more then prescribed they do cause fast heart rate if you take an extra.
Excedrin
This is one that has helped does sometimes cause migraines if taken daily but if I combine It with something else later like Tylenol or allergy medicine it works for me.
Ibuprofen for adults: painkiller which also treats inflammation
Sometimes my migraines are caused by sinus congestion especially if you have seasonal or dust allergies this works great.
Walgreens
This one you need a prescription for but out of everything I’ve taken this is number 2 of medication that has worked.
Sumatriptan (oral route) - Side effects & dosage
Cold and hot care
I’ve noticed heat works nice on the eyes or head it helps with sinus pressure too.
Eye Massager
Obviously don’t fall asleep on it but for the back of the neck it feels amazing helps with loosening the muscles to be able to get that strain off.
Electric Heating Pad for Back, Neck, Abdomen
These get really cold so just be careful the cold feels so nice though when your head hurts and your sweating cause you don’t feel good.
