Frankincense has been by my bedside and in my bathroom for three years now. Without this oil I was in so much pain(both knees and hip). I put this in lotion in the am and rub on , even my feet(neuropathy). At night I apply on from bottle and rub in throughly. Cuts the pain significantly. Use cane very seldom. I am 85 years old and able to drive and do volunteer work. Etc. The spray bottle of the mixture is effective and I like the convenience of the spray. Love this product. Changed my life
