These are some of my favorite food spots around New England!

I spend a ton of time hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and checking off the 4000 footers. I am picky with my gear and these are some of my favorites that I rely on when tackling the steep, rugged trails of the Northeast.

It's hardwater season! Growing up in New England, you learn to make the most of the winters. Along with winter hiking I spend a lot of my time on the ice. Whether you're looking for some gifts for the fishermen in your life or planning to try it yourself, this is the gear I trust.

If you're like me and went from a Keurig or regular coffee machine into the world of espresso, it was a bit intimidating researching all of the different machines, grinders, accessories, and tips and tricks to just get started. This is my guide and recommendations for things that helped me out along the way.

I have done all of these hikes at some point and many of them multiple times! It's chilly up there right now so I am currently working on my winter list! If you plan ahead to group peaks, and have an ambition for pushing yourself, the entire 48 list can be checked off with 20 single-day hikes.

I strength train 5 days a week with a hypertrophy focus, so everything on this list is something I rely on to make my sessions more efficient, more consistent, and more effective. These are the tools that help me keep progressing week to week. If you're training for muscle growth and want gear that actually supports that goal, this is the stuff that’s made a real difference for me.
