Roommate and I have been building out our garage gym over the years. Great if you don’t mind investing up front and want to work out without gym creeps, expensive memberships, or your local “influencers” taking up space. Admittedly, I’ve slacked off over the years, but am motivated again now to improve my overall health and wellness.
